Terms of Service:

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.

I. GENERAL TERMS.Please write clearly and legibly.
Provide neat, unshaded references.
I do not work off of descriptions as they do not process well in my brain.
Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.

II. PAYMENTAll commissions must all be paid in full upfront. I only accept payment through CashApp. USD only!
If the commissioner is unable to pay in full up front, then payment plans may be arranged prior to starting the commission.

III. PROCESSWIP pics will be given periodically throughout the process of your commission.
I may also frequently ask questions regarding the commission in order to ensure that you are happy with the current look.The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 3 days to 2 weeks depending on many factors such as;
Order of commission, complexity, or any changes you may want made.There may be times where my personal health is quite low as I suffer from chronic physical pain.
If what stated above occurs, you will be notified and I will get back to your commission asap.

IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONI will do everything I can to make you happy.
However, after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made.
Such as small coloring/marking mistakes.Any great changes will come with an extra charge. This can be anywhere from $5-10 depending.
Such as an outfit change, body part changes, or anything that causes me to have to redraw it completely.Make sure to be clear about what you want so that I can properly complete your commission. You cannot get upset with me over something you failed to mention.

V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYI, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself in any place or site.
Publish books with.
To display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever I want.If you, the commissioner, would not like your finished commission to be featured elsewhere as advertisement, then please state so otherwise beforehand.The commissioner is allowed to:
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted and you will be added to the blacklist.The following is considered Copyright infringement:Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning profiting from it in any way.)
Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
Altering the artwork without my, the artist’s, consent.

VI. BLACKLIST
If you are added to the blacklist, then;
You are no longer allowed to commission art from me nor can friends commission art for you.
You cannot use any commissioned art for self promotion.

VI. REFUND POLICY
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after the commission has been started.
If money has not been sent yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
